Refund Policy & Terms of Sale

1. Acknowledgment, Authorization, and Payment
Before placing an order, Buyer confirms that they have reviewed Day Zero Custom Apparel’s Sizing Charts and Material Guide to ensure correct selection. Buyer understands that artwork previews are displayed in 2D for visualization purposes, while the final product is 3D and may differ in scale or appearance. By accepting a Work Order and completing payment through our online ordering system, Buyer authorizes Day Zero to begin production and charge the amount listed. Once production has started, no changes may be made to custom orders. Day Zero is not responsible for errors resulting from Buyer-provided information (e.g., player names, sizes, colors, materials, finishes).

2. Returns and Refunds
All items are custom-made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if Buyer identifies a material defect (such as issues with stitching, fasteners, buttons, or fabric quality) within 30 days of receiving the order, they may submit a claim for review. If our Quality Control team confirms a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

3. Materials and Colors
While Day Zero strives for accurate color representation in digital previews and Work Orders, actual product colors may vary due to screen calibration differences and manufacturing processes. Slight variations between production runs are normal. Buyer understands and accepts that color differences are not valid grounds for return or refund.

4. Design Policy
Day Zero reserves the right to reject any artwork, logos, or design requests that we deem inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights. We are currently not accepting requests for cause-related or charitable designs as we assess this area of our operations.

5. Buyer’s Representations and Warranties
Buyer affirms they own or have legal permission to use any design, artwork, logo, or content submitted to Day Zero. Buyer further certifies that their content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

6. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Day Zero Custom Apparel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights. Day Zero reserves the right to select its legal counsel and manage any related defense.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Day Zero disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Day Zero’s liability exceed the amount paid by Buyer for the item in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of their possibility. Any claim must be brought within one year of the issue arising.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Buyer agrees that any legal action related to these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Marion County, Indiana, or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

10. Force Majeure
Day Zero is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

11. User-Submitted Content
If Buyer or their representative provides Day Zero with photos or testimonials, they grant permission for use in marketing materials. Buyer affirms that all submitted content is original, legally theirs to share, and that any individuals shown have consented to the use of their image for marketing purposes.
